With spelt dough
Homemade calzone with spelt dough.
- 500 g Spelt dough
- 250 ml Water
- 1 cube yeast
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- some olive oil
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in the water and leave in a warm place until bubbles form.
Then mix the flour with the salt and oil and add the water and yeast mixture and knead until the dough no longer sticks.
Leave in a warm place until it has doubled in size (about half an hour). Roll out the dough and cover half of it as desired, then fold it over and press it down.
Bake at 200°C (convection oven) for approx. 20 minutes.
