Ideal for healthy weight loss

Easy, quick and super tasty, with herb dip, for approx. 2 servings.

Ingredients for the pancakes:

  • 200 g Courgette
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g Pumpkin
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • Spices to taste (e.g. pepper, salt, garden herbs)
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for the dip:

  • Curd
  • Dip spice
  • If necessary, a little salt

Preparation:

Grate the courgettes or chop them with a blender, mix with the salt and leave for about 25 minutes.
In the meantime, dice the pumpkin and onion very finely.
Squeeze out the courgette mixture.
Now mix all the ingredients, except for the quark/sour cream and the dipping spice, and form small fritters.
Fry in a coated or forged pan until golden brown.
Prepare the herb dip and serve.
Tastes very delicious warm or cold.

Very few calories, perfect for losing weight.
