Fruit rolls

You still have overripe bananas in the house?
Then I have a quick and easy recipe for you!


  • Ripe bananas
  • Flour to taste (approx. 200g to 2 bananas)
  • Cinnamon
  • Jam


Mash the bananas with a fork and mix together with the flour and cinnamon to make a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough, spread with jam, then roll up.
Cut into strips about 3 cm thick with a sharp knife and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
