Simple and delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g millet
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • some chilli
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 Onion
  • Red cabbage
  • Feta
  • Mozzarella
  • Sweet pepper
  • Tomatoes


Prepare the millet with vegetable stock according to the package instructions.

Fry the spices in a little oil in the pan, add the onion and saut├ę until translucent and mix into the millet.

Finely grate the red cabbage, cut the peppers, tomatoes and cheese into small pieces and mix into the millet.
