Simple and delicious.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g millet
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • some chilli
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 Onion
  • Red cabbage
  • Feta
  • Mozzarella
  • Sweet pepper
  • Tomatoes


Prepare the millet with vegetable stock according to the package instructions.

Fry the spices in a little oil in the pan, add the onion and sauté until translucent and mix into the millet.

Finely grate the red cabbage, cut the peppers, tomatoes and cheese into small pieces and mix into the millet.
