Spicy herb salt

A wonderfully spicy herbal salt and it’s very easy to make in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • several handfuls of ruccola
  • 250 g Himalayan salt

Preparation:

Chop the washed rocket very finely with a chopping knife and mix with the salt until it is completely green.

Dry the ready-mixed salt in the dehydrator at 60°C for about 6 hours or in the oven with the door open.

Then pour into clean preserving jars.

Also a nice gift for loved ones.
