Second mushroom excursion 2022
First of all, heartfelt thanks to my participants ☺
We went on a forest excursion on Sunday morning, shall we say.
Unfortunately, there was not much to be found this time either.
There’s really hardly anything going on mushroom-wise here in northern Schlewig-Holstein. Very strange, because the weather is actually perfect.
In addition to the almost obligatory, not recommendable Clouded Funnel, we spotted a few mushrooms with no edible value. Very few Brittlegills and Knights.
The first suspected Wood Hedgehog turned out to be a Dryad’s Saddle (edible).
I have also brought a few photos:

Veiled Poisonpie
(Gymnopus dryophilus)

Dryad’s Saddle
(Polyporus tuberaster)

Chanterelle
(Cantharellus cibarius)

False Chanterelle
(Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca)

Clouded Funnel
(Clitocybe Nebularis)

Crab Brittlegill
(Russula xerampelina)

Yellow Stagshorn
(Calocera stricta)

Lichens and mosses.
Like a little magical fairy forest.
Conclusion:
Some False Chanterelles and one Chanterelle were to be found. I still have hope with the Chanterelles, there were a few tiny ones to be seen.
There were also a few beautiful splashes of colour and a fairy forest of Liches to marvel at. Two participants found these pretty creatures.
Almost at the end of the tour we got really wet from above and it was actually unpleasantly cold.
Actually just right to spend the rest of the Sunday in the warm.
Important!
Here too, as always:
The mushrooms presented here and their description NEVER represent a food release!!!! Please always consult a mushroom expert if you cannot determine a mushroom 100%! Because even 99% certainty can be fatal!!!
